Michael Morin,
President

As President of RPA, Michael is responsible for taking the company forward through change and growth. Michael is known as a results-driven, highly adaptable team builder with a proven track record of outstanding achievement in creating and developing strategic growth plans. As a leader, he consistently drives business growth while helping to establish positive corporate culture and strong teams. From sales and marketing to accounting and business operations, Michael provides the blueprint for the continued development and success of the RPA brand.   

Prior to RPA, Michael spent 35 years in the wireless and tech industries, building growth businesses and managing operations. He led several early-stage companies through high growth phases and has led sales and acquisitions of several companies.  

Michael has a BS in Finance from George Mason University and sits on advisory boards of several organizations in the Washington D.C. area. 

In Michael’s personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, vacationing at the beach, sports, reading, movies, new technology, animals, and activities outdoors.
