Barbara Eichenser,
VP of Finance

Barbara joined RPA in 2014 to establish an efficient and effective accounting and financial reporting system. She is currently responsible for all Human Resource, Accounting, Treasury, and Financial reporting functions for the firm. 

With over 20 years of finance and accounting experience working in local government, public, private and international companies in a wide array of industries, she spent much of her career helping companies with system and process conversions, process improvements and consolidated financial statements. 

Barbara lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter. She spends her free time cheering on her daughter’s volleyball team, traveling, reading, and volunteering.
